Do note that a Thai commercial entity (Company Ltd. & Partnership Ltd.) may be formed with a minimum of 7 persons not below the age of 20 years - though after the initial setup, shares can be given to any person under 20 years or any juristic person. The majority of those shareholders (i.e. more than 4 persons) can be foreigners but the Thai shareholder(s) must own more than 50% of the company. The only exceptions are US citizens who can own a majority share or after BOI approval.
With any commercial enterprise, it is best to be aware of local laws and regulations to avoid misunderstandings or infringements. More importantly, it will help you succeed in your desire to do business or reside here in Thailand.
